Types of Hair Extensions we offer:

TAPE IN HAIR EXTENSIONS:

Tape In Hair Extensions are recommended for fine, straight or wavy hair types. They are very lightweight and lay flat on the head. Maintenance is required every 4-6 weeks.

MICRO RING WEFT HAIR EXTENSIONS:

This method does not use any heat or adhesive and is recommended for most hair types. It is also known as beaded weft, volume weft, natural beaded row, NBR, micro beads, and micro ring. A row of silicone padded micro beads is used to create a secure based for the hair extensions to be sewed on top of. Hand-tied hair extensions are also installed using this method. Maintenance is required every 4-6 weeks.

I-TIP HAIR EXTENSIONS

I-Tip extensions are individual strands of hair that are installed strand by strand, using no heat or glue. They are applied using a high quality copper bead with protective silicone lining, making it very gentle on your hair. The bead is clamped down on the I-tip to hold it in place. Maintenance is required every 6-9 weeks.

KERATIN BOND (K-TIP) HAIR EXTENSIONS:

Keratin bond (or keratin fusion) extensions are small strands of hair that are that are pre-bonded and fused using a heating element to your natural hair with keratin-based adhesive. With proper at home care, these extensions can last for three to six months.

CLIP-IN OR HALO (VOLUME VEIL) EXTENSIONS

This temporary method of hair extensions are perfect for a night out or special event. Let us color match the perfect set for you. We will make sure the color matches and give a haircut to ensure maximum blending.

When keeping up with regular in-salon maintenance appointments and following strict at-home care routine, the extension hair itself should last for many months to come.

Hair Extension Consultation Process

There are many factors to consider when choosing hair extensions. Your hair texture, density, lifestyle and goals are all taken into consideration during the consultation process. Do you work out a lot? Are you an avid swimmer? Are you someone that likes to put their hair up in a high ponytail? These are the types of questions you may be asked at your consultation appointment. Your stylist will perform a complimentary color match to ensure we choose the closest possible shade of extensions for you. Please note, although there are extensive color options available, custom coloring may be necessary. During this consultation appointment, your stylist will take your deposit for the hair and set up your installation appointment. 

Hair Extension Maintenance and Care

Use a boar bristle brush or a Wet Brush at least 2x daily to remove any knots or tangles. Gather the hair into a ponytail and hold securely close to the scalp. Carefully begin brushing from the ends up towards the scalp. Brush your hair before getting it wet to avoid tangles while washing. 

Use a sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo. When washing, being by massaging shampoo into the scalp area first using a “Z’ formation. Do not use a circular motion or flip head upside down. Part hair while rinsing to rinse shampoo completely from the scalp. Leaving any product on the scalp area may result in itchiness. Apply conditioner only to the middle and ends of your hair. Do not put conditioner at the point of attachment to avoid slippage. 

Towel dry your hair as much as possible before blowdrying and make sure to use a leave-in conditioner or heat protectant before blowdrying or heat styling. Use professional grade products to care for your extensions as recommended by your hair stylist. 

Before swimming, lightly wet your hair and apply a leave-in conditioner on the ends. Tie in a loose ponytail or braid. Be aware that ingredients in some sunscreens (Avebenzone, Octocrylene) may turn blonde hair yellow or orange and cause discoloration. 

Brush hair before bed and wear a loose braid. Do not go to bed with wet hair as it can cause matting may ruin your extension hair. Using a silk pillowcase or bonnet will also help protect against friction that can lead to dryness and matting. Silk is a more breathable fabric than traditional cotton bedding to help avoid night sweating.

Do not attempt to color your own hair at home. 

Additional notes for Tape Ins and K-tip extensions: Do not wash hair for at least 24 hours to allow your newly applied extensions to adhere completely. Keep hot tools away from the point of attachment when styling to ensure extensions do not melt or fuse together. Avoid oil based and alcohol based products on point of attachment area. 

Pricing and Packages: 

Tape In Installation* - $150 per pack. 

Includes installation, a customized blending haircut and finished style. One pack is considered 10 “sandwiches” or 20 individual tape in pieces. 

Tape In Removal - $125-150. 

A removal of your tape in extensions with a wash and blow dry. Does not include re-taping or re-installation service.

Re-taping - $25 per pack. 

This service is for tape in extensions that are already removed off your natural hair. We use an ultra secure tape to replace the adhesive on your extensions, prepping them for reinstallation. 

Micro Ring Weft Installation* - $150 per row

Micro Ring Weft Maintenance - $50 per row . Adding a wash and blowout is recommended. If you are NOT adding a wash and blowout, please come with your hair clean and dry. 

I-Tip Installation*- $150 per pack (25 grams of hair)

I-Tip Maintenance- $50 per pack (25 grams of hair)

I-Tip Removal: $100+ 

We recommend adding a wash and blowout to this service.

K-Tip Installation*: $150 per pack (25 grams of hair)

Includes installation, a customized blending haircut and finished style. 6-8 packs are usually recommended for this method.

Clip In or Halo Extensions: Consultation Required 

Laundry Service for Clip Ins or Halo Extensions*: $100

Bring us in your set of clip in or halo extensions for maintainence. We will properly wash, treat, and style them for you.

*This pricing does not include the cost of the hair itself. You will need to consult with a stylist so we can determine which texture, color, and length is right for you. Your hair will be custom ordered at the time of your consultation and a non refundable deposit is required to order the hair. Price does not include the cost of any custom coloring that may need to be done to ensure maximum blending.
